Halloweeen Luminare
I have been busy making luminares to decorate my housethis year for the holidays and I have made extras for
you if you are interested.
This Halloween Luminare is made using a quart size canning jar.
It has been painted with acrylics, adorned with a vintage Witch
post card print, a heavy frosting of glass glitter, a black and
tan bow and a band of raffia. It comes with a battery
operated tea light that flickers like the real thing but no
danger of a fire! On/off switch on the tea light. 6-1/2" tall.
Sorry, candy not included - You know how I love Chocolate!

Candy Witch
This is Candy from my Sweets Sisters Collection.
She guards all of the candy at Halloween to make sure it does not fall
into the wrong hands. She is a make-do on a rusty spring and is a
One Of A Kind (OOAK) from my own design in my simple,
uncluttered style with a flat handpainted face. She stands
15-1/2 inches tall and is made of handpainted and stained
muslin fabric. Her collar is also handpainted/stained muslin
with hand stamped stars of my own design. Candy is printed
on a round tag with metal rim and is attached with a rusty safety pin.
She has haunting green eyes and white wool hair that has been
needle felted in place. The band on her hat is stained gauzy
scrim with my signature wasp’s nest attached.
